The parking lot is horrible let's start there. Tire popping holes, there is only one way in and one way out so they cannot be avoided. Next you go into the font door and the receptionist smells so bad of cigarettes the smell hits you in the face as soon as you open the door. On to the coughing fits. While in the exam room you can hear the non-stop coughing from the front desk. Once in the exam room the table is up like it has been sterilized between patients, however when the table comes down you can see what appeared to be fecal matter spread all over it on top of it along with other fluid. At no point was there any attempt made to clean the exam table.

The 'experienced' office staff is so lacking in common sense. We will not be back. Totally frustrating to have to deal with. (can't find records, can't find you in the computer ... and cannot schedule a monthly injection given by a Tech for our dog that's been there three times before ... because the Doctor does surgery on the day we're wanting to schedule. This person is not doing this business justice in my opinion.

Had a great experience! First visit and staff was very friendly and kind. Gave my pup a good look over and provided a great recommendation for trio medication for heartworm, flea, and tick. Will definitely be taking him back.
